How it All Began.....
Many years ago, I wanted a versatile dog that could keep an active life style, be smarter than me, and be the ideal pet! After much reading and research, I found the breed, but could not find "that" dog!!! People would say "a Pappy-what?"...never heard of it!
I have always loved butterflies and the Christian symbol they represent to me of Jesus Christ and his life after death. Like a butterfly who starts out as a caterpillar....then seems to die....only to spread it's wings and fly freely, spreading the Good News!!!!
My first papillon was just that....a beautiful butterfly that brought out the best in everyone.....
forcing me to spread my wings and become more in tune to the needs of others and joining a Therapy Dog group. Mitzi was a "Miracle Worker" in many ways....a true Angel of Mercy.
